The one-time 20-room hotel now boasts just eight comfortable rooms, but the Duneland Beach Inn is still considered to be a country-style inn in Michigan City. You see, in days long past, a country-style inn meant a place you could get a good meal, a hearty drink and a good night’s rest in a comfortable room. In addition to the basic Michigan City bed and breakfast, a country-style inn also offered a full-service restaurant.

All the rooms in our Lake Michigan inn feature a private bath; four of our rooms feature a two-person Jacuzzi. Other in-room amenities include a television, mini fridge and a coffee maker.
Located just steps from Lake Michigan, Duneland Beach Inn is currently the only Michigan City inn that offers access to a private beachfront on Lake Michigan. No other Michigan City bed and breakfast or inn offers private beach access!
